CAPSA FOOD has been certified as a Top Employer company for the seventh consecutive year, accrediting it as one of the best companies to work for in Spain by offering excellent conditions to workers. This certification, held by 108 companies throughout Spain, is endorsed by an audit process that reviews various aspects within the human resources strategy.

As the first Spanish dairy company to obtain the B CORP certificate, CAPSA FOOD also continues to meet the highest standards in relation to social impact in its commitment as an exemplary employer.

The audit took more than 600 human resource practices carried out by the company into account, including: the company’s strategy in people management, leadership, hiring talent from recruitment to onboarding, the possibilities for training and development and workplace, health and well-being conditions.  All of this is supported by the Company’s values and ethics under the umbrella of its Comprehensive Sustainability Plan.
